What is the Headquarters?

The electronic headquarters of the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products, created through Resolution of February 19, 2013, creating the electronic headquarters of the State Agency «Agencia Española de Medicaments y Productos Sanitàries (BOE no. 57, of 7 March), aims to provide citizens and the entity itself with secure, authenticated and guaranteed access to the various procedures, procedures and services in the field of electronic administration related to the Agency.

The technological management of the electronic headquarters will be carried out by the General Secretariat of AEMPS, specifically through its Information Systems Division. This area will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the technological platform and its updating and continuous improvement.

On the other hand, the management, contents and services made available to citizens will also be the responsibility of the General Secretariat of the AEMPS. This area will be responsible for managing and maintaining the contents and services available in the electronic headquarters, as well as managing the inquiries and procedures of the citizens.

The Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products also has a Charter of Services, which details the commitments and guarantees regarding the care and provision of services by the agency.
