Computer application for the telematic presentation of statements responsible for manufacturing and/or import activities of personal care products (PCP_DR).
This application is intended for natural or legal persons who carry out in the national territory activities of manufacture, conditioning, packaging and/or labelling of personal care products, without prejudice to the subcontracting of any of these activities to third parties. It may also be used by importers of personal care products from third countries.
The responsible declaration must be presented by the person who owns the activity or his/her legal representative duly authorized to act on his/her behalf.

Request for access
It is not necessary to make an electronic access request. The identification and authentication of the users will be carried out through the platform Cl@ve, common electronic identification system for access to public services through the use of concerted keys (occasional or permanent, such as digital certificates, DNIe, etc. ).

As it is a web application, there are no specific requirements for operating system, memory or storage capacity, beyond those necessary for the operation of the operating system, browser and PDF viewer used.
What are the security elements that the applications incorporate?
- 128-bit SSL communications encryption.

Do I need a digital certificate to access the PCP_DR app?
